2025: Final project from the Data Analyst Bootcamp by Rakamin Studio, developed as part of a collaborative team effort and awarded Best Group Project for Batch 53. The project focused on analyzing and predicting employee attrition within a company, aiming to uncover key factors influencing resignations—such as age, salary, tenure, job satisfaction, and workload—and provide actionable insights for the HR department.

The workflow included data cleaning and exploratory data analysis (EDA) using Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Seaborn, and Matplotlib. A machine learning model was built using the Random Forest Classifier, selected for its high accuracy and ability to identify feature importance, helping pinpoint the most influential factors related to attrition.

To support strategic HR decisions, the team developed an interactive dashboard using Streamlit, showcasing key visualizations such as attrition trends, performance breakdowns, and prediction results. This dashboard allows stakeholders to monitor employee data in real-time and make data-driven decisions to reduce turnover risk.
