Hello, I am Kiki Andriani from Urban and Regional Planning of Diponegoro University. I am an urban and regional planning bachelor and an individual who had worked as a community facilitator and researcher. As a dynamic community facilitator and researcher almost two years of professional experience executing research, analyzing spatial data, interpreting data, field observation, and formulating planning documents. 
The first job experience as an assistant researcher taught me several hard and soft skills.  During my time at Urban and Regional Planning of Diponegoro University, I learned and developed many skills and abilities which would carry over well into the junior researcher or assistant researcher. Almost one year as an assistant researcher helping produce journals and analyze housing and spatial data. I am also proficient with the primary design software system, including AutoCAD, ArcMap, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.
