2016: This portfolio showcases my work at Indofood as an Administrative & Data Processing Staff, where I handled daily sales data input, commission calculations, and financial reconciliation for the motoris sales team.

The screenshot included represents the exported ERP data (MARS System), which is generated from my daily input of sales invoices. Each day, I processed sales notes from 20 motoris teams, with an average of 15 invoices per team. All sales entries were recorded, validated, and structured to ensure accurate tracking of product distribution and repeat purchases from each retail store.

This dataset is essential for calculating the monthly sales commission. The commission structure is based on seven key product categories multiplied by the standard 22 working days per month. The formulas and calculation method follow the Accounting Department guidelines from Indofood Jatake head office. I prepared, cleaned, and processed these Excel sheets for final monthly cut-off reporting.

My responsibilities in this workflow include:
• Daily input of sales invoices from 20 motoris teams
• Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports
• Processing monthly sales commission using Excel formulas
• Reconciling operational financial data and managing petty cash

This sample demonstrates my capability in high-volume data processing, ERP data extraction, accurate financial calculations, and structured Excel reporting.

2019: This portfolio showcases my work experience at Bukalapak as a COD Administrative & Cashier Staff, where I was responsible for managing daily COD (Cash on Delivery) settlements, financial reconciliation, and inter-branch reporting across multiple regional hubs.

My primary responsibility was receiving, counting, and validating COD cash deposits submitted by delivery couriers at the end of each working day. The deposit amounts from each courier were pre-listed in an Excel file exported from Borwita Logistics on the previous day. Each morning, I processed this dataset, matched it with the actual cash received, and updated the entries to ensure accuracy before submitting the financial summary.

All validated COD funds were deposited to Bukalapak’s official corporate bank account on the next working day (H+1). This process required high attention to detail to maintain accurate reconciliation between logistics data, courier deposits, and banking transactions.

Because COD operations were spread across multiple cities (Karawang, Malang, Surabaya, and other large distribution areas), I used Google Sheets to synchronize data in real time with other COD admins in different regions. This ensured that all branches had up-to-date financial reports and consistent data structures.

Tools I used included Microsoft Excel for data processing, formula application, and reconciliation, and Google Sheets for inter-branch collaboration and consolidated reporting.

My responsibilities in this workflow include:
• Receiving, counting, and validating daily COD deposits from couriers
• Depositing COD funds to the bank on H+1
• Preparing daily recap reports using datasets from BCP Logistics & PWA
• Processing and updating Borwita data into Excel and syncing it to Google Sheets
• Maintaining coordinated reporting with COD admins across multiple cities

This project demonstrates my capability in financial handling, multi-branch coordination, high-volume data processing, accurate reconciliation, and structured reporting using Excel and Google Sheets.
