• Design the Graphical User Interface (GUI), using Visual Studio, MCWorks64, Wonderware, Mitsubishi HMI
• Programming skills with Ladder on PLC, C++, Visual Basic or C#.
• Database Management skills to program Microsoft SQL and MySQL
• Industrial Communication Protocol Integration, such as RS232, RS485, Modbus TCP/RTU, CC-Link, Ethernet
• Integrating multi-protocols and connect to multi controllers with Takebishi or Kepware OPC’s
• Mastering Mitsubishi Electric Factory Automation products, such as PLC (A, Q, iQ-R and iQ-F Series), Inverter, HMI, Power Meter, and Intelligent Module.
• Networking with Wireless AP System
• Converting multi-industrial protocol (Modbus TCP to RTU and Ethernet to Fiber Optic, etc)
• Knowledge in other factory automation equipment, such as Schaeffler Smart-Check, Autonics Temperature Controller, Fuji Power Meter, Panasonic Sensors and Laser Marker, Cognex Vision.
