This project start in September 2018 with total area is 400m2, In this project we have the trust of our customers to change the function of library building into the office with the concept of open space.

The scope of work starts from the design, construction, to the supply of furniture. The result is a beautiful office with an open space concept that prioritizes the comfort of every worker. Each room is designed with a touch of blue color with combination of material and texture that makes this office looks new & aesthetic.

This project start in April 2018. The total area is 200 m2. The
main job is renovation and improvement. The new concept
design is open space by optimizing existing space so it
makes the office feels bigger and wider. Apart from that
the interesting thing from this office is the creation of a
strong and sturdy partition because it will be used as an
LCD support partition with a very large size.
With a blend of new office concepts, it makes this office so
comfortable and beautiful.

2020: St.Moritz Apartment
Interior Penthouse Apartment

This project is located in the St.Moritz apartment on the highest floor or called the SP (Special Penthouse).

This project lasts for 2 months and we build from an empty state. Starting from Civil works, MEP work, Plumbing work, Furniture and finishing work.

Interior Office

One of several office interiors in Jakarta. We do interior design planning, plumbing, electricity, mechanical, furniture manufacturing and procurement of supporting items.

We begin this work with demolish equipment and the rest of the old buildings and then incorporate contemporary modern concepts to show the impression of the present in the old building area.This work is located in an old shophouse with an area of 400 m2 and 5 floors.

2020: OPTIK BAROE

This project is in a new market, Jakarta. With an area of 350 m2. the challenge in this project is to change the perception of eyeglasses shops that are usually static to be more dynamic, and give the impression of space to customers who come.

The use of wood elements and combined with the
impression of grass make the tropical concept stand out in this project.

2020: KK STORE
Interior Store

In this project we get the opportunity to become a subcontractor in the procurement and installation of containers which are the main elements of this store.

The installation of these containers aims to add an industrial impression to their design concept, so we are looking for used containers that are still good and we renovate according to the wishes of their designers.

2020: KOI CAFE INTERIOR STORE

One of the cafe projects in the mall is KOI Cafe. In this 100 m2 project we act as subcontractors in the implementation of civil, wood and iron works.

This project lasts for 1 month and is completed on time in accordance with customer expectations.
