My name is Windy. Previously, worked freelance remotely at Depict.ai based in Sweden to improve retail e-commerce sales with AI and also, worked remotely as a UX Design Lead at Mainteny, based in Germany and at a large e-commerce, Bukalapak.
My contribution to product design is to make sure that the features have a good/high impact on users and reach business goals. For example, at Mainteny, we've successfully reached our main goal by getting paid customers during my tenure. Also at Bukalapak, by increasing the registered users and fixing the trust issue among visitors to the site upon registration.
