Hi, I’m Maya Fitriana Anisa — a Psychology graduate from Gunadarma University (Class of 2014), and an independent Training Consultant with over 10 years of experience in learning & development, organizational culture, and competency-based training.

I began my career at Synergy Solusi – Proxsis Group, focusing on Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3). For three years, I delivered technical and behavioral training, supported safety culture initiatives, and took part in consulting projects such as risk assessments, certification programs, and safety management systems. I also handled administrative tasks and coordinated with field teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Currently, I collaborate with ACT Consulting (under ESQ Group) as a Training & Development Partner. My role includes co-developing training programs in organizational culture transformation and technical competencies, supporting client needs from design to delivery. I also contribute to program coordination, facilitation, and business development as an affiliate consultant on a project basis.

I am now open to freelance and remote-based opportunities, especially in the areas of training design, facilitation, employee development, and organizational consulting. I bring a practical, people-first approach and a strong collaborative spirit to every project I’m involved in.
