I would like to inform that it was a great experience being in your team from the past three years. I have gathered good knowledge and experience from the different projects.
I have put in the best in all the projects and learned from each team member, but now I would like to take up extra responsibility and move up the ladder. I would like to get a promotion at this point as I have always stood up in all your expectation and I feel that promotion will help me gain confidence and motivate me.I am sure with the promotion and the extra responsibilities I can prove my abilities which will help the company in turn.
