Work Experience : 18 Years in manufacture. My responsibility is to make line production running as the company’s target, such as (1) Maintains work flow of all process by monitoring of the process, setting processing variables, observing control points and all equipment. (2) Completes production plan by scheduling, accomplishing work results,  stablishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving  problems, reporting results of the processing flow on production  summaries. (3) Establishes strategic goals by gathering production team, expenses, and  operations information, identifying and evaluating trends and options,  choosing a course of action, defining objectives, evaluating of efficiency  process. (4) Identifies operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and performance results, interviewing process supervisors and operators,  completing troubleshooting procedures.
