The most recently I worked as a Assistant Researcher at IPB University (2021). In this role, I was responsible to conduct research to reveal comparative data on carbon sources and sinks based on several variables and produce daily reports on carbon source and sink data to upper-level management in collaboration with the Project Manager to improve overall project status. Here I refined my data analysis and reporting skills. I also have a background as a teaching lab assistant for the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department.
My work experience as a Client Operation at PT Teleperformance (2022). I am successfully answered and analyzed +2000 driver partner questions about products or services in 1 month. Create, serve and generate more than 100 driver-partner questions and complaints every day. Successfully became best operations 3 months in a row. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
