Hi, My name is Elis Yulianti, I can do some customer service since I have done this job in customer service and marketing export. I always connect with customers. I can do data entry and admin tasks, follow up with some customers, and manage social media.
I have good management skills since I was a secretary.I used to handle some of the duties related to scheduling, meetings, appointments, follow-up, and email marketing since I had done before with export duties, which were tight with communication and follow-up for the shipment accordingly and must do well and correctly to get customer satisfaction.
