•Setting up and installed service application the CRM in all over PT Telkomsel reg jabar (All graPARI and Operation regional jabar)

•Had created a android application for information link traffic input/output all router PT Telkomsel reg jabar

•Had installed cacti (information traffic bandwidth) PT Telkomsel reg jabar

•Had created web application for information IP (internet Protocol) alive/RTO of the servers, routers, switch PT Telkomsel reg jabar

•Had installed 9 PC for new graPARI BEC 2

•Had developed PC Monitoring 6 layer (LCD)
