1. Produce and update Standard Operational Procedure (produce SOP for business activities & update SOP based on actual activities – include eliminating waste)
2. Verify, Control and Monitoring Key Performance Indicator Balance Scorecard (KPI – BSC)
3. Customer Care (Handling Customer Information and Complaint)
My 2nd working place is SSESSMENTS SDN BHD, working within roles:
1. Analyze export import product based on graph, chart
2. Writing News based on brief draft

3. Collecting data statistic
