Hi.. i'm Vivian Harlinaning Wijaya, you can call me Vivian. I was graduated from Stipram Yogyakarta. My majority is Hospitality. After graduated i worked as a Live Chat Agent at Shopee Project from Vads Indonesia, I worked for 2 years since 2019. My jobdesc as a Live Chat Agent are handling complain user when they using the apps by chat and help the user to solve the transaction problem especially for return refund problems, if the problems can not be solved by agent so we help to escalate to our team specialist. I have been resigned from my previous job as per December 18, 2021 because i want to make movement and improve my skills on customer service so i start my job at Mitracom for Traveloka project as a outbound contact center agent and my job desc are recognizes both basic and advanced problems, conducts research, provides resolution and follow up with customers as needed, escalating more complex cases to the appropriate team and also responsible for assisting Tier 1 personnel in solving technical problems and for investigating elevated issues by confirming the validity of the problem and seeking known solutions related to these more complex issue. And now my current job as a Content Moderator at Teleperformance Indonesia since August 2023.
