Hi, I'm Kishi from Bogor, Indonesia. I have experience in Customer Service at Government Bank for 5 years, and in call center for 1 year. At my last job, i'm doing this :

- Help customers solve problems 

- Filling money at cash deposit machines and ATM

- Provide information about loans 

- Make daily, monthly,and annual reports.

However, I'm mostly placed in the hard complain section, so I'm used to dealing with critical customers. I can also use Microsoft Excel quickly and multitask.
