I have worked more than 10 years experience. I work as admin in IT solution company with hybrid workplace type right now. In Daily, i handling every order and input them into direct system and SAP. After contract posted, I create the ePR for PO submission then following up the vendor for the warranty letter. I collaborate with renewal sales team to update the CNR progress. In Weekly, i self checking for every contract and monitor contract service activation. I collaborate with CLM team in APAC. And then I send monthly report for our services team.
