I have been working as a customer service representative since 2019. In this role, I am responsible for providing product knowledge to customers through phone calls, marketplaces, and chats. During my time as a customer service representative, I have developed strong communication skills and can build good relationships with customers.
In addition, I also have experience in data entry work
alongside my customer service job. My duties include entering data into the
system, updating and verifying information, and ensuring the accuracy of the
data whether it is in the marketplace or Microsoft system. I understand the
importance of following strict procedures and rules to ensure the accuracy and
consistency of data. I am also able to handle time pressure and meet deadlines
effectively.
Finally, I also have a hobby as a blogger. I have been a blogger since I was in
school and have written on various topics including beauty, health, technology,
lifestyle, and creating novel synopses. I am able to write interesting and
informative articles. My experience as a blogger has taught me how to conduct
research and present information in an engaging and captivating way.
