eCommerce products marketing on internet/social media

Okay, I have an eCommerce website that sells smart gadget products. All I want is very simple, is to understand some of the products in my website. Then do a marketing on social media include Youtube, facebook, twitter, instagram and also on relevant website/forum.

For example, say if my website sells a bluetooth speaker, you just search in youtube for bluetooth speaker that is the same as my website OR similar to it and put a genuine comment that is HELPFUL as such as "This is a bluetooth speaker that could be even better because it's waterproof and has very loud sound https://urlToOurEcommerceSite....."

Those who has experience in Internet product marketing will be great, any suggestion on how to market an ecommerce website is also welcomed during the process.

I will pay reasonably high PER comment that you generated on the social media. I am looking for around 100 comments as a start.
