Android Membuat Aplikasi GPS Tracker

saya ingin membuat aplikasi service yg berjalan di background android yang berfungsi untuk mendapatkan lokasi gps setiap 30 menit sekali

jadi cara kerja nya :

User menginstall aplikasi
Aplikasi berjalan di background
Setiap 30 menit sekali aplikasi mendapatkan lokasi hp. dan jika gps mati maka hidupkan secara otomatis. kemudian mengirimkan nya ke server
