Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Server Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for server management, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a strong focus on security. You will handle customer support tickets, maintain server integrity, and ensure our systems are up-to-date and secure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Linux-based servers to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Respond to and resolve customer support tickets via our web ticketing system promptly and professionally.
  • Perform server updates, upgrades, and patches to keep systems secure and stable.
  • Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Enhance server security to protect systems from potential threats.
  • Work with different hosting control panels (e.g., cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, Enhance, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the team to implement best practices for server management.
  • (Bonus) Configure and manage Mikrotik routers for optimized network performance.
