Programmer needed for creating Powerful statistics website with Forum

Main Deliverables and Needs - Mobile responsive, scalable and fast website that pulls APIs and displays them on the website for users - Backend functions including but not limited to, Forum, Mass Live Chat, Hosting of Streams and unique ways of displaying ads to our users - Ability to be able to manage an entire programming team in the future Looking for someone who is really good at programming/project management as we are planning to scale up our staff count to 5 programmers within the first year.
