Lead Generator & Outreach Executive � Hotels & Export (Remote / Bali Based)

we are seeking proactive and confident Lead Generators & Outreach Executives to help expand our premium coconut food products into:

• 🏨 Hotels & Resorts
• 🍽️ Cafes & Restaurants (HORECA)
• 🌍 International Importers & Distributors

This role is ideal for someone who has Experience 2yrs already and enjoys research, communication, relationship-building, and outbound business development.

✅ Main Responsibilities

• Research and identify:
  • Hotels, resorts, cafes, restaurants
  • Food importers & distributors worldwide
• Collect decision-maker contacts:
  • Executive Chefs
  • F&B Managers
  • Procurement Managers
  • Import Managers
• Send initial outreach via:
  • Email
  • WhatsApp
  • LinkedIn
• Introduce products professionally
• Follow scripts and CRM process
• Update lead status daily in Google Sheets / CRM
• Help arrange sample deliveries and meetings

✅ Ideal Candidate

• Strong written English
• Confident communicator
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with internet research
• Able to use:
  • Google Sheets
  • LinkedIn
  • Email
  • WhatsApp Web
• Sales or telemarketing experience is a bonus
• Hospitality/export industry knowledge is a plus
