My name is Arlez Restika, frequently called as Arlez. I am 27 years old. I have completed my bachelors degree majoring English Literature at Perguruan Tinggi Teknokrat Lampung in 2016. After graduated, I have been working as a Customer Service Representative in GraPARI Telkomsel Pringsewu since 2018. I am responsible for communicating and helping customers to solve their problems. Furthermore, I arrange daily reports of customers complaints in detail, arrange the report of daily selling, and help the company in reaching selling target in Telkomsel. During my entire career, my team and I have become the best GraPARI in Lampung and Sumbagsel. Moreover, in 2023 I am awarded as the third winner of Customer Setia in Sumbagsel area. I believe those awards came from our hard work in serving customers, doing negotiation, and giving them the best solution to their problems. That is the result of our understanding toward standard operating procedure determined by Telkomsel. Moreover, I have extremely good communication, interactive and fluent speaking in English both oral and written skills.
