I am passionate about the world of strategic management, ranging from strategic corporate plan, to a functional strategic plan such as a strategic plan for HR / HC and strategic plan for information systems.

My experience assisting clients in various projects related to strategic management, human resource development, performance management, organizational development and change management. Clients who become my partners ranging from government agencies, industry to industry such as insurance, retail, healthcare, banking, and so forth.

I completed the last formal education in Master of Information Technology, University of Indonesia with a focus on Information Technology Governance and Corporate Information Strategy. I'm also a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) from the University of Atma Jaya Jakarta. From this educational background coupled with my experience in the field of management ,made me able to analyze the various issues in the organization from a wide range of scientific viewpoints.
