Hello everyone, my name is Nur Hazizah?but you can simply call me Haziza. I?m currently a student at Polytechnic state of jember, majoring in Medical Records and Health Information Management.
I have a strong interest in health information systems and data management, and I?m passionate about finding innovative solutions to improve medical record services, especially in primary healthcare settings. During my studies, I?ve been involved in several research projects, including evaluating hospital information systems and analyzing workflow challenges in medical records departments. These experiences have not only sharpened my analytical skills but also taught me the importance of collaboration and adaptability in healthcare environments.
Outside of academics, I enjoy learning new things whether it?s about technology, languages, or creative content creation.
