I hold an undergraduate degree in Business Administration Marketing Management from Politeknik Negeri Bandung. I worked at International Freight Forwarders (Jakarta, Indonesia) as Human Resources Department and General Affairs Staff My job description is: Conducted employee recruitment, developed human resources, administered company regulations, calculated salaries, handled employee Insurance, chaired the meetings, maintained buildings, purchased supplies for the office, managed the petty cash, and typed documents. Then, I worked at Hakim Group (Banten, Indonesia) as an HR Generalist. I am the only one responsible for HR administration, recruitment, training and development, making SOPs, job descriptions, KPIs, performance evaluation, and working relations between employees. Currently, I am working at a food manufacturing company (Jakarta, Indonesia), as an HR Generalist with a job description: Conduct recruitment process, training, employee onboarding, job evaluation, compensation and benefits, people and culture, HR Administration, and dealing with General Affairs.

I believe I possess the right qualities and skills to carry out the role to a high standard. I am a standards-driven, self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic person who is seeking employment in a role where I have responsibility for numerous tasks. I believe the life experiences I have gained so far would enable me to work in a positive manner in line with the expectations of the role, and also in respect of the code of conduct required.
