Monica is interested in research related to environmental economics, monetary and financial economics. Recently, Monica is also interested in climate change issues and sustainability practices. While at University, Monica had experience as a teaching assistant, research assistant, invited speaker, and participated in scientific writing competition and conference. These activities made her hone her skills in writing research papers and reports, data processing & analyzing, public speaking, etc.

2020: One of my writing that got into top 10 best paper in West Java Economic Society Call for Paper. This research aims to describe and provide a concrete picture of the condition of SMEs in West Java with the digitalization system and its supporting programs and solutions to the problems of digitizing SMEs in West Java.

2021: I analyzed 100+ monthly survey data and presented the results to form a proper dissemination strategy of procurement and performed data visualization using Tableau and Excel. In addition, I also performed data archiving, managed 70+ institution partners� files, and handled working administration.

2022: Time Series Econometrics TA provides learning in time series data analysis, starting from collecting data, building models, forecasting, and evaluating models using ARIMA, ARCH/GARCH, VAR, and ECM/VECM methods. I was responsible as the coordinator. I have mentored 35+ students for two college semesters and graded with a total of approximately 160+ post-tests and quizzes for 9 practical labs and 10 teams of final paper projects within a year of teaching. 2023: I contributed as one of the authors. We managed to publish our research in the Q1-ranked journal "Sustainability". The analysis is based on network metrics to establish the SDGs interlinkage network and identify key priority indicators to help eliminate stunting in Cirebon Regency.

2023: I contributed as the main author. This study investigates the EKC hypothesis in Indonesia, including analysing the relationship between energy consumption and the financial sector to income. This study also provides several suggestions to the government towards sustainability concerns.
