Yustika is a fresh graduate registered nurse with a great interest in leadership of nursing and has profound knowledge about the triple burden of diseases in Indonesia, such as tuberculosis and non-communicable diseases.
During college, she was trusted as President of the Nufa FIK UI organization. Even with the COVID-19 pandemic, she and her team were still able to carry out community service and were reported by two local media, three national media, and DIKTI KEMENDIKBUD RI. This proves she can adapt to change, be proactive, work in a team, and be responsible.
Seeking a challenging work environment to contribute to the advancement of Indonesian public health and nursing while learning from professionals in the field and learning to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
