My name is Ayu Sekarsari or you may call me Ayu. I'm working as a Producer and Media Planner in a company. In this current role, i work closely with Directors, Photographer, Production House, TV Stations and Publishers. As a Media Planner, i'll help brand to make media plan based on their budget and provide several TV Station or 3rd party vendors (for digital placement) that match brand's target audience. Beside that, i used to manage KOL campaign for brand as well.Â

As someone who is motivated by organizing project to maximum efficiency, i have established myself professionally as the go-to person for getting projects completed on time. With my previous experience, i managed project briefs, timeline project until delivery time, resources and communication with brand or vendors. I have prior experience using several cloud-based project management applications including Trello and Asana.

2020: Dalam Photoshoot Total Care, saya bertanggung jawab sebagai produser atau project manager. Saya membantu dari pre-production shoot, membuat timeline production, mencari lokasi foto, mencari talent, MUA dan wardrobe, sampai dengan proses digital imaging atau retouch foto. Ada 15 Final Image yang harus kami delivery kepada brand team

2020: Proyek ini merupakan salah satu campaign besar dari brand Marina. Aset promosi yang harus saya develop adalah video digital dan key visual. Sebagai produser, saya bertanggung jawab untuk keseluruhan proyek, mulai dari pitching sutradara dan production house, mencari talent sampai dengan membantu proses editing

2020: Selain membuat video digital, sebagai produser saya bertanggung jawab untuk membuat key visual juga. Lokasi fotonya sendiri berada pada studio saat saya dan tim shooting. Untuk pembuatan key visual, saya bekerja sama dengan graphic designer dan digital imaging artist.

2021: Campaign Bodrexin x Popmama berlangsung selama 1 bulan, terhitung dari Januari - Februari 2021. Objective campaign ini adalah untuk share awareness dari produk Bodrexin Demam dan Bodrexin Flu Batuk dan men-support digital activity yang berlangsung dengan Popmama. Sebagai Media Planner, saya membantu mencarikan KOL, membuat plan serta KOL brief yang akan saya share kepada KOL, membantu proses pembuatan konten KOL, hingga membantu deliver report campaign kepada brand.
