I handled things related human resources in the previous company, for example, job evaluation (the process and the establishment of job evaluation tools), job grading, as well as salary planning for the company. Unilever Enterprises Indonesia in the establishment of its Standard Directives and Standard Operating Procedures, make it legal for them as a company.
