I am personally interested in having conversation with people. Thats guide me to take my first job as an announcer. Then year later, I join to be a part of selling division. Not only as an individual workers but also as a team, I put myself in the middle of diverse people. From that working environment, I am wondering why I decided to be someone that day until I figured me out that I am open for new experiences, I am also good listener, easy going person, sometimes I jump into everyone life stories to understand them better. My working partner ever told me that I am fair enough when I am working and quite competitive, such a humble and honest person in team. So, I ever chosen as Tim Leader for awhile, have the responsibilities to keep up the team selling target and each person in team performances. After about 2 years I am conducting in this position, I got myself resigned from this job because I have to finish my Bachelor’s and soon after I graduated, I join a Coffee Shop. I am not the barista yet, just a casual floor employee with limited skills of brewing, and sometimes I rotated into cashier person because at the start I ask a permission from the owner to left the coffee shop if my Master Degree application accepted. Well I am not just working as common employee, I ever think about how to run business by my own somehow. Then I starts to take a note, write some ideas that maybe keep me growing as an individual with creative minded person to take chances over many possibilities. Its give me a good time to share with the owner about some ideas, sharing good things about business and talk about a little personal life to understand each other. Then I have to go, I left the coffee shop after 4months working there because luckily I have to be soon going back to college. I pursue my MBA Program and thats really insightful. I met a lot of smart person, good personalities and its really give me motivation to improve myself to be better. And now I am here, still looking for an opportunity to boost my skill, potential and creativity, to have a great job and got appreciation after. Who I am now? Deep in myself I defined myself as a fully believer and trying to be bright everyday like the blue sky because I know its gonna make everyone have their best day, and their best luck. Thank you.
