Bantu solusi Sub form

Issue

• Input file request cannot be saved from sub form that generated by ajax
  

Step to investigate:

• Click Mainform menu
  
• Try to create new one
  
• Select subform option to load sub form
  
• Input all fields
  
• Will be redirected to page that showing all post and file requests
  
• We can see no input file. Just got the filename as common input
  

What I have done?

• Tried to add another form tag in page that accessed by ajax. The file recognized, but another input in subform empty.
  
• When remove that form tag, another input recognized, but the file is empty.

Installation Instructions

• Run composer update in console under root folder to update dependencies. Don't forget to add require global for composer asset plugin
  
• Define your DB connection in /config/db.php
  
• Run migrations in console under root folder by typing: ./yii migrate
  
• Open browser and access this simple app
  
• Click Mainform menu to input main form that contains sub form
