Perkenalkan Nama saya Jenni Monica Ivana Purba. Saya lulusan dari Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarata Jurusan Manajemen focus marketing, tetapi saya mampu dalam manajemen SDM, Keuangan dan Operasional. Saya memiliki pengalaman kerja dibidang adaministrasi di salah satu LSM di Yogyakarta bagian Administrasi Rekam Medis satwa dandiluar itu saya juga memiliki pengalaman organisasi boardcasting di devisi kerohanian sebagai Multimedial Visual, dikarenakan saya memiliki ketertarikan bidang boardcasting, editing, dan design. setiap orang pasti memiliki ambisi dan tujuan yang berbeda akan jalur karir yang ingin ditempuh. untuk saat ini saya berkerja menjadi Call Center dan berkarir dalam bidang komunikasi adalah sebuah tantangan dalam diri saya, dikarenakan saya lemah dalam berkomunikasi terhadap orang disekitar saya, ada alasan saya mengapa saya berkeinginan untuk berkarir dalam bidang ini, yaitu kesempatan dalam belajar banyak hal, call center itu sendiri ada devisi mengatur bagaimana cara berkomunikasi yang baik dan benar kepada peserta/konsumen, belajar dalam menganalisa permasalahan setiap peserta/konsumen. menjadi call center akan memberikan kesempatan untuk bisa berkomunikasi dengan banyak orang yang berbeda latar belakangnya. hal ini bisa memberikan tantangan dan kesempatan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang berkomunikasi dan membangun koneksi yang luas. walaupun latar belakang pendidikan saya bukan dari bidang komunikasi, saya memiliki kemampuan yang dibutuhkan dengan kualifikasi tersebut saya yakin dapat berkontribusi bagi kemajuan perusahan.
