Magento expert for finish a half done site

Hi.
We are searching a Magento expert to finish a site in 4 language.
Almost all translation is done, and most design also finish.
So the job is to set it correct up, finish missing translation (google translate, finish design, set up Bamboa payment etc. so the site is ready to go live when you are finish working.
The site should be in multistore, so each language, have its own multi shop, but use same backend and products.
